CHOOSE THE HARDER ROAD
Nike TTOM 2026 focuses on amplifying Nike’s running footwear innovation while strengthening its ground game strategy for the SP and SU26 seasonal offence.
The objective is to elevate the runner journey through a series of premium brand experiences across five key touchpoints. These moments will connect Nike athletes, run crews and the running community to inspire runners to embrace the mindset of “Choose the Harder Road.”

EXPO
We brought the Fast Pack story to life through an immersive, high-energy experience that invited consumers to feel speed firsthand. Runners tested the power of our three key silhouettes — AlphaFly, VaporFly, and ZoomFly — in a head-to-head treadmill challenge, pushing themselves to cover the greatest distance in just three minutes. Beyond performance, we focused on recovery and reward: athletes could reset at our compression boot recovery station and try their luck at our vending machine, where exclusive takeaways added a moment of surprise and delight to the journey.

SHAKE OUT RUN
A community-led shake-out run that set the tone ahead of race day — bringing runners together to connect, move, and ease into the weekend. The run celebrated collective energy, final race-day readiness, and the shared anticipation of what lays ahead.

A dedicated recovery hub designed to support runners at their most critical moment post-race. Athletes were welcomed into a space focused on restoration, comfort, and care — reinforcing Nike’s commitment to the full athlete journey, from start line to recovery.
