We activated Cape Town through our Ground Game running strategy, creating a strong,
visible presence that connected and grew our running community. This enabled authentic engagement, strengthened belonging, and amplified the city’s running culture.
The Two Oceans Marathon was a key moment to bring this to life, showcasing our commitment beyond Johannesburg and positioning Cape Town as a priority growth market. It built momentum toward the Cape Town Marathon, further amplified by the significance of Eliud Kipchoge’s first marathon on African soil, helping elevate our presence and deepen community impact.
